C&#8217;est une op\u00e9ration qui n&#8217;est pas sans risques. La charpente peut certes se montrer parfaitement saine. Vous pouvez alors acheter le piano \u00e0 queue\n                      dont vous <span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px; font-family: &quot;Open Sans&quot;; color: rgb(70, 112, 127);\">r\u00eaviez<\/span> et dormir tranquille. Mais les poutres peuvent aussi se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler si rang\u00e9es par les termites qu&#8217;elles\n                      ne tiennent que par miracle. Le moindre mal sera alors d&#8217;appeler le bulldozer et de raser la maison. Voulez-vous prendre la chance de bonnes, mais aussi de mauvaises surprises?&#8221; (P.
